No – we will present options within the budget range you provide. If a small difference is necessary, we’ll explain it clearly.

Q: Do you accept custom payments or instalments?

We accept a deposit to start and full payment before dispatch. Instalments can be arranged case-by-case.

 

Q: What if I don’t like the design?

We provide 2–3 design ideas. Minor changes are included in the quoted price; major reworks may incur fees – we’ll clarify before you pay.
