Welcome to our Return & Terms page. These guidelines explain how returns are handled, the rules around using our platform, and important rights and responsibilities for both our customers and saree partners. By renting or listing with us, you agree to follow these terms.

Returns Policy

  • Rental Period: All sarees must be returned within the agreed rental period.
  • Cleaning: Cleaning costs are included in the saree rental fee — no extra charge for you.
  • Late Returns: Delays beyond the return date may result in additional charges.
  • Damages: Minor wear is acceptable, but significant damage or stains may reduce or forfeit your security deposit.

Intellectual Property Rights

All saree images, designs, and related content featured on our platform are provided directly by the brides or owners who list their items with us. We operate under a signed agreement with each owner, giving us the right to display and promote these images for rental purposes. Ownership of sarees, frocks, and lehengas always remains with the original owner.

Photographers or third parties cannot raise copyright claims against us, as all images are genuine submissions from saree owners under contractual agreement. Customers and owners may not copy, reuse, or misrepresent any items, images, or content from our platform without prior permission.

Restrictions

When using our platform, you agree not to:

  • Engage in abusive, fraudulent, or unlawful activity.
  • Misuse or misrepresent ownership of sarees, frocks, or lehengas.
  • Attempt to rent items without valid identification.
  • Copy or resell our service for personal or commercial gain.

Your Privacy

We respect your privacy. Customer and owner details, including identification documents, are securely stored and used only for booking verification and legal compliance. We never sell or share your information with third parties without consent.

Limitation of Liability

While we take every step to ensure a smooth experience, we are not liable for:

  • Personal damages, losses, or inconveniences caused by third-party services.
  • Any delays caused by external factors (courier delays, natural events, etc.).
  • Issues arising from misuse of rented sarees.

Partner Sarees (Owners)

  • Owners can list sarees, frocks, and lehengas with us and set their desired rental value.
  • We manage bookings, cleaning, and rental cycles while taking a commission from each rental.
  • After 3 rental cycles, the item is returned fully to the owner.

Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our business or legal requirements. Updates will always be posted on this page.
