Introduction

Welcome to Bridal Arcade. By renting, purchasing, or listing sarees, frocks, or lehengas through our platform or store, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully, as they outline your rights and responsibilities as a customer or partner.

Services Provided

• We offer rentals of sarees, frocks, and lehengas for weddings and special occasions.

• We also allow owners (e.g., brides) to list their garments with us for rental under a signed agreement.

• We may also provide custom-made sarees based on your requirements.

Rental Process

• Customers may visit our store to try up to three garments.

• Once a garment is selected, a 50% advance payment and a copy of the bride’s or a family member’s identity card must be provided to confirm the booking.

• The remaining balance must be settled before collection of the saree.

• All rentals are subject to availability and prior booking confirmation.

Payment Terms

• We accept payments via bank transfer, online payment, or cash.

• A refundable security deposit may apply depending on the garment.

• Cancellation within 7 days of the event may result in partial or full forfeiture of the advance.

Returns & Responsibility

• Sarees must be returned within the agreed rental period.

• Cleaning charges are included in the rental fee; customers do not need to clean the saree before returning.

• Late returns may incur additional daily charges.

• Customers are responsible for any significant damage, loss, or stains. Deductions may be made from the security deposit.

Owner Garments (Consignment)

• Owners may provide sarees, frocks, and lehengas for rental.

• Owners set the base value; rentals are managed by us, and we deduct an agreed commission per rental.

• After 3 rental cycles, the garment is returned fully to the owner.

• We are not liable for minor wear and tear during rentals.

Intellectual Property

• All garment images and designs belong to their original owners.

• We use only genuine owner-provided images under signed agreements.

• No third party, including photographers, may claim copyright over images displayed on our platform.

Privacy

• Customer and owner details (including identity documents) are securely stored and used only for verification and booking purposes.

• We do not sell or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Limitations of Liability

We strive to provide a smooth and reliable service, but we are not responsible for:

• Delays caused by external factors (couriers, natural events, etc.).

• Personal damages, losses, or dissatisfaction due to misuse of rented garments.

• Any indirect or incidental damages arising from use of our services.

Amendments

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. All changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of our services will mean acceptance of updated terms.
